It has come to our attention that fraudulent individuals or organizations may attempt to mislead job seekers by posing as representatives of our company. These scams often involve fake job offers, requests for personal information, or demands for payment.

To help you recognize and avoid recruitment scams, please be aware of the following signs:

  • Unsolicited Job Offers: Be cautious of job offers that you did not apply for, especially those sent via unsolicited emails or messages.

  • Requests for Payment: Lighthouse will never ask you to pay for job applications, training, or processing fees.

  • Unprofessional Communication: Be cautious of emails or messages that use unofficial email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or have poor grammar and spelling.

  • Personal Information Requests: Be cautious if asked to provide sensitive personal information (such as bank details, passport information, or social security numbers) early in the recruitment process.

To safeguard yourself from these scams, consider the following precautions:

  • Verify Job Offers: Always verify job offers directly through the official Lighthouse website (www.mylighthouse.com) or contact us via our official communication channels.

  • Check Contact Information: Ensure that any correspondence you receive comes from an official Lighthouse email address (@mylighthouse.com).

  • Report Suspicious Activity: If you encounter any suspicious job offers or communications, please report them to us immediately at security@mylighthouse.com.

  • Be Sceptical of High Salaries and Benefits: Be cautious of job offers that promise unusually high salaries and extravagant benefits, especially if they require little experience or effort.

  • Never Make Payments: As mentioned above, Lighthouse will never request payments or any transfer of money from you.
