Cosmos Hotel Management operates APARTMENT HOTEL MIMARU in Japan. The hotel offers spacious rooms, equipped with a kitchen, living and dining area, along with a place to spend time together with family and friends, providing a real living experience.

We recently caught up with Mr. Tsutomu Ise, Marketing Strategy Division 2 Manager at Cosmos Hotel Management, who currently uses Rate Insight and Market Insight, to visualize price and future demand trends and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Tracking market demand for confident revenue control

Without Market Insight at our side we had difficulty in accurately tracking market demand behavior. This was due to limited future looking data available to us when forecasting. There was an inability to accurately pinpoint and target the time of year when demand was rising.
